2006/04/01--Beau's New Backpacking Title

Today Beau finished the requirements for his Wet Dog Back Pack Grand Master (BPGM) title. We're now off to work on some other titles.
Updated the Pigeon River guide to reflect changes in local businesses and add a livery that wasn't previously listed.
